Turn your tote bag inside out and place it in a laundry bag to avoid excessive friction in the washing machine.
Use a low temperature to prevent the fabric from shrinking and to preserve the tote bag’s color. For handwashing, use cold water and mild soap (like Marseille soap or black soap).

Let it air dry, away from heat sources (sunlight or radiator), to prevent discoloration.
